Ken is a great mechanic in nyc! Very knowledgeable and very professional. Shows up on time. I called him for a radiator leak. He ordered the parts and fixed the radiator. Thank you Ken!

Ken is a true professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to get to me in a reasonable time to help diagnosis the issue I was having with my truck on the spot. He also was willing to wait patiently for me to get the necessary parts he needed to fix the issue. But after going to several different auto part stores. I couldn't find the parts and needed to order it from freightliner. Ken was still able to work around that and found a way to get me back on the road the same day safely. Once I get the part he'll finish the job at a later date. Great roadside service for a reasonable price. Thanks Ken, I truly appreciate your help🙏🏾

What can I say! Ken is a very knowledgeable person, I called him in a time of need and he picked up and gave me a time frame which he will show up. Very punctual and very professional. He diagnosed the problem with my car and told me what was needed. He also helped me get the parts needed. After installation he made sure everything was running as designed. Tested drove my car and answered every question I asked without hesitation. He won me over as his mechanic from now on. Ken is a rare honest mechanic to find in this trade now. Don’t hesitate to call him for mechanical services. Thank you again Ken!

I can't thank Ken, the 24-hour mechanic, enough for the outstanding service he provided—not just once, but twice—when my Jeep broke down late at night. Both times, he showed up quickly, with a great attitude and a clear expertise that immediately put me at ease. He diagnosed the issues efficiently and got everything back up and running, even in less-than-ideal conditions. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, dependable, and skilled, especially during late-night emergencies. Ken truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of trustworthy and responsive auto repair.
